Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at our store. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased from Us.
1. Cancellation Policy:
Orders are confirmed for printing 12 hours after they're placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
2. Return/Refund Policy:
2.1. If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or or product not as described (image, material, size,...)
Please contact our customer service immediately. Our policy lasts 72 hours since your delivery date. If the 72-hour period has gone, we can't offer you a replacement. To file a claim, please send us an email to Support@jmcatholic.com and include the following information (this is a must):
- Order number
- Video/photo of the defective product
- Label Images
If the problem is significant, we will send you a replacement within a reasonable time. In this event, the original product can be kept at the customer's disposal.
2.2. Only items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors are eligible for return. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items that are not our fault.
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all tags attached.
We can not accept any item not in its original condition that is damaged or missing parts.
Return process:
Step 1:
Within 30 days after receiving your order, email our customer service to explain the reason for the return/exchange.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You must contact us prior to returns as some will be sent to separate warehouses or different locations.
Step 2:
Prepare returned items in secure packaging. Please take photos of the inside and outside of the package to be returned and email it to us before handing it over to the carrier.
Step 3:
Ship returned products via insured or traceable method of shipment to the return address that we will provide to you. And when you ship out the items, please email the tracking number to us also.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
After receiving and verifying your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card Via Paypal or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or paypal account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

NOTE: During the "FREE SHIPPING" sale period, orders returned to us will be refunded for LESS the purchase amount (after shipping and tax).
3. Incorrect Address:
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
